To make an online purchase, simply place your chosen item in the shopping cart by clicking on the “shopping cart” icon. Once added to the basket, you can click on “order” and follow the instructions.
You will then need to enter your personal details and choose a payment method before your order can be processed.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an initial confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Once your order has been placed on our site, we prepare it and then share the tracking information with you by e-mail.

Feedback / Exchanges
To cancel your order, go to “my orders”, then access your order by clicking on its number, then click on “cancel”. This will only be possible if the package is not being delivered. In this case, you will have to wait for the order to be picked up and return it for a refund.
It is not possible to exchange items when the purchase is made in our store.
To return items purchased online and not used, you must fill out the withdrawal form and return the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documents, labels and seals duly affixed, in packaging identical or similar to that of the shipment.
You have a right of withdrawal for purchases made online, which you may exercise within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
If your return or exchange is not accepted, it means that you have exceeded your 14-day right of retraction from the date you sent your retraction, or that your item has been used.
Delivery
Delivery charges vary according to weight, size and country of dispatch.
To find out the delivery price, simply add the products you’re interested in to your basket, then add your address so that the calculation can be made.
Delivery times are 8 working days from validation of the order, for delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica), and 14 working days from validation of the order, for delivery abroad or in overseas France and Corsica.
You can add several delivery addresses from your account by clicking on “addresses” and then on “add a delivery address”. If you have not yet placed your order, you can enter a saved address or enter a new delivery address when entering your details.
Furthermore, if you have already placed your order and made a mistake in your delivery address, or if you have not yet received the e-mail with the tracking information for your parcel and our team has not yet dispatched your order, we will be able to change the delivery address, but additional charges may be added to your order. If this is the case, please contact us by telephone on +33 6 83 09 50 01.
