This jacket comes from the Lanvin Lab by Future collection, unveiled in 2023, the result of a collaboration between the French house and the American rapper Future. Designed as a bridge between Parisian couture and the codes of the contemporary music scene, the capsule offers unisex pieces with a strong character. This star-spangled jacket, one of the most striking models in the collection, was presented as a masterpiece of the capsule, condensing the energy, audacity and creativity of the project. Future himself referred to this piece as a nod to constellations and the idea of light in darkness, a symbol of his artistic vision.
External Details:
The black calfskin is smooth, dense, with a fine grain and a clean drape. Shiny, brushed brass elements — stars, round studs, points, lines — form an all-over pattern from the bust to the arms. Central zip in solid silver metal, two vertical side zipped pockets, cuffs also zipped. The classic collar with wide lapels structures the silhouette. The short cut gives the jacket a dynamic and fitted look.
Interior Details:
Black diamond quilted lining, in cupro and cotton blend, for optimal comfort. Impeccable finishes, presence of interior pockets, clean stitching. The interior is discreet, contrasting with the visual richness of the exterior.
